  • Introductory Meeting & Consultation

    During this first stage, we meet with our customers, ask them questions to understand their exact needs, get a feel for their taste and what it is they’re going for, and we then present our initial feedback and possible options based on what’s shared. 

  • Project Visualization

    After meeting with the customer, we put pen to paper to brainstorm and visualize the details discussed. We pull out all of the different options that fit the project at hand, such as fabric, color, brand…etc. and put together the most suitable selections. 

  • Measurements

    If needed, we send members of our team to take the necessary measurements for the project. This information is forever saved on file, for the sake of convenience when visiting us in the future as well. 

  • Price Offer & Project Management

    Next, we put together an exact list of offerings and the pricing for what the project would entail. We take into consideration all of what is discussed, the measurements
    taken, as well as the time it would take your bespoke order to arrive, as well as the approximate time of installation.

  • Approval & Invoice

    At this stage, after providing you with the most suitable selections, taking the necessary measurements, and sending you the initial price offering, we await your final approval and your final choices. Once that is complete, we send over the invoice and ask that you finalize your payment.

  • Order Placement

    As the payment is finalized, we place your bespoke order, and await its arrival.

  • Installation & Finalization

    Finally, once the order arrives, we then take care of the installation process, ensuring exemplary application, presenting you with the most valuable of luxuries: a beautiful space.
